Changing the delivery date for a pending order:
Once you are logged in to My Gousto, go to Deliveries where you will see a list of upcoming deliveries. As long as your order has not passed the cut-off point, you will be able to interact with the order to find Delivery Details. Go to Change to set a new delivery slot for that order.
On the home screen you will see Upcoming Deliveries. As long as your order has not passed the cut-off point, you will be able to interact with the order to find Date and Time. Go to Change to set a new delivery slot for that order.
Changing your subscription Delivery Day:
If you want to receive your subscription orders on a different day of the week going forward, log into My Gousto and go to Subscription. Under Delivery Day, select your new day of the week from the dropdown.
Go to Profile and then Subscription Settings. Under Delivery Options, change your Delivery Day.
Please note that making changes to your Subscription Settings can affect any orders for which you have not already chosen your recipes.
