No problem! Lots of people aren’t home when we deliver. After all, we're busy. Just let us know a safe place (behind the gate, with a neighbour, etc) for your delivery driver to leave it, then collect it when you get home.
It’s really easy to do this, here's how.
On the website:
Simply log into your account, select the ‘Details’ tab and then ‘Edit’ next to your delivery address. You will see a section saying ‘If you’re not in where should we leave your box?’ – pick an option from the drop-down list, or select ‘Other’ to enter your own safe place:
In the app:
Go to 'Profile' then 'Account details'. Selecting 'My delivery addresses' will allow you to edit your current delivery address information or add a new delivery address. Under 'Delivery preference' you can explain where you would like our courier to leave your box if you aren't in.
We use ice packs and biodegradable Woolcool, which help to keep your fresh ingredients chilled inside our boxes.
Please be as clear as possible when you give us your safe place. Make sure you give enough details to help the driver deliver your box successfully. If the driver cannot find a suitable place to leave the box, they may return it to their depot.
