We get that tastes and plans change all the time, so we’ve made it super easy to edit your order after you’ve chosen your recipes (as long as it’s before the cut-off point).
Please remember: You can change or cancel any order until noon, 3 days before your chosen delivery date. This is when we start processing your order, so you won’t be able to change or cancel after this point.
On the website:
To change your order, log in to your Gousto account, and choose the ‘Deliveries’ tab at the top of the page – this will show you a list of your upcoming boxes.
Then select ‘Edit Box’ on an upcoming order to add or remove recipes, change the box size, add extras from the Gousto Market, or edit the delivery date, time and address.
In the app:
Your next order is featured on the Home page under Upcoming deliveries. Select the order details to add or remove recipes, change the box size, add extras from the Gousto Market, or edit the delivery date, time and address.
