When you open a Gousto account, your subscription will automatically be set to active. This means regular weekly deliveries start from your first delivery day.
If you don’t change your subscription settings, you’ll receive a box every week on the same day. If you forget to choose your recipes before your order is finalised, we’ll send you our chefs’ favourite recipes that week.
A Gousto subscription is super flexible with no commitment. You can pause it online at any time you want. You can also skip a box whenever you need to (befoe the cut-off day).
You may also change the size of your box whenever you like, as well as your delivery address and the day your box arrives (as long as you do this before the cut-off day).

How to manage your subscription on the web:
You can do all of this and more using the ‘Subscription’ tab in ‘My Gousto’. From here, you can change:
- The number of servings you receive per meal (2 or 4)
- The number of recipes you receive per box (2, 3 or 4)
- The frequency of your deliveries (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
- The day of the week and time slot for your deliveries
