We work very hard with our courier partners to ensure that every box makes it to you on time.
If your box has not arrived to your designated delivery address during the time slot you have specified, please let us know and we will launch an investigation with the courier partner in charge of your consignment.
You can track your box on the day of delivery -
On the website:
Log in to MyGousto to on the day of delivery to find a Track my box button, which will take you to the latest information available from the courier handling your box.
In the apps:
If you have the latest version of our iOS app, you can find a Track my order button by selecting your delivery from the Home tab. This feature is coming soon to Android.
