… it was damaged or open. If this has happened, please get in touch and we’ll get this sorted as soon as possible.
Where’s my box?
We take disappearing boxes very seriously and work hard with each of our courier partners to make sure that every box makes it to you safely and on time.
If your box hasn’t arrived at the delivery address you gave us during the time slot you’ve chosen, please get in touch. We’ll launch an investigation with the courier in charge of your delivery straight away.
Our free delivery slot is from 8am to 7pm. If you have selected a premium delivery slot, your box will arrive at the specified time.
You can track your box on the day of delivery -
On the website:
Log in to MyGousto to on the day of delivery to find a Track my box button, which will take you to the latest information available from the courier handling your box.
In the apps:
If you have the latest version of our iOS app, you can find a Track my order button by selecting your delivery from the Home tab. This feature is coming soon to Android.
