You should receive reminder emails giving you regular updates about upcoming orders. If you haven’t received any about an upcoming order, please check that the email address you used to register with us is correct.
If it is, check your spam folder to make sure our emails aren’t ending up in the wrong place!
On the website:
When logged in, go to the ‘Details’ tab and then choose the word ‘Edit’ next to the information you wish to update.
In the apps:
Go to 'Profile' then 'Account Details'. Selecting the information you would like to edit will allow you to make changes.
