We take great care to make sure that all our fish and seafood are responsibly sourced. We use the following fish and seafood in our recipes:
- Cod: sourced from Norway, Iceland, Russia, Canada and the UK (MSC).
- Sea Bass: Sourced from Turkey (ASC).
- Haddock: Sourced from the Northeast Atlantic Ocean (MSC).
- Mackerel: Sourced from the Northeast Atlantic Ocean (FIP).
- Tinned tuna: Sourced from the Western Central and Eastern Pacific Ocean or the Indian Ocean (MSC).
- Salmon: Sourced from Ireland, Scotland and Norway.
- Basa: Sourced from Vietnam (ASC).
- Pollock: Sourced from the Northeast Atlantic Ocean (MSC).
- Hake: Sourced from the South East Atlantic Sea (MSC).
- Crab: Caught and hand-picked in Penzance, Cornwall.
- Prawns: Sourced from India and Vietnam (BAP).
