Our delivery windows are between 8am-7pm and we expect all boxes to arrive within this time. If your box has still not been delivered after 7pm, please contact our Customer Care team so they can find out what’s happening with your box.
On delivery day, some couriers will provide a more specific estimated delivery window when they send your tracking info to you. However, please be mindful that this is only an estimate and your box could be delivered outside of this time depending on the circumstances of the driver's route.
If your estimated delivery window has passed, keep an eye on the tracking and your box will likely be delivered within our 8am-7pm delivery window.
