You can cancel a delivery as long as this is done before our cut-off point, 12pm (noon), 3 days before your delivery day by the following these simple steps:
On the Website:
Step 1 Sign into your account and click My Gousto.
Step 2 Click 'Upcoming deliveries'.
Step 3 Click on the down arrow next to the delivery you’d like to skip to see the order details.
Step 4 Click 'Cancel Delivery' at the bottom of the order.
On the App:
Step 1 Sign into your account and tap 'Home'.
Step 2 Tap the delivery you’d like to skip.
Step 3 Scroll down and tap 'Cancel delivery'.
