How do I skip my upcoming order?

You can skip your upcoming order before our cut-off point (3 days before at 12pm) by the following these simple steps:

On the App:

Step 1 Sign into your account and tap 'Home'

Step 2 Tap the delivery you’d like to skip

Step 3 Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap 'Skip delivery'

On the Website:

Step 1 Sign into your account and click My Gousto

Step 2 Click 'Upcoming deliveries'

Step 3 Click on the down arrow next to the delivery you’d like to skip to see the order details

Step 4 Click 'Cancel Delivery' at the bottom of the order

Please note that you can only skip a delivery before it’s been confirmed - 3 days before, at 12pm.
