If you cancel before our cut-off point (3 days before at 12pm), you can do so easily by the following these simple steps:
On the Website:
Step 1 Sign into your account and click My Gousto
Step 2 Click 'Upcoming deliveries'
Step 3 Click on the down arrow next to the delivery you’d like to skip to see the order details
Step 4 Click 'Cancel Delivery' at the bottom of the order
On the App:
Step 1 Sign into your account and tap 'Home'
Step 2 Tap the delivery you’d like to skip
Step 3 Scroll down and tap 'Cancel delivery'
Please note that you can only skip a delivery before it’s been confirmed - 3 days before, at 12pm.
