Please reach out to our customer care team and they will be able to process this request for you. They will need you to confirm the following information before being able to proceed with the request:
- Your full name
- The email address on your Gousto account
- Your postcode
- Your phone number
Once we have your email with these details, we’ll delete any and all information we have that relates to you within 30 days. This could include contact info, details of any orders, payment details, food preferences, correspondence, and/or survey responses.
We will not be able to send an email to confirm deletion once complete, as your information will have been removed from our systems.
