Some of the cheese supplied in our recipes – such as halloumi from Cyprus and feta from Greece – have PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) status, meaning they have to be from a specific location and made in a certain way.
All dairy products in our vegetarian section are suitable for vegetarians, according to The Vegetarian Society definition. We aim to source dairy products that use vegetarian rennet. If this isn’t the case, we’ll always let you know.
All our dairy-based yoghurt is from Yeo Valley in Somerset, and is organic. All of our liquid dairy-based creams are from Yester Farm Dairies just outside of Edinburgh, Scotland.
