You can make changes to your address at any point until 12 noon, 3 days before your next scheduled delivery by following the steps below.
On the Website:
Step 1 Sign in to your account and click on My Gousto
Step 2 From here, click on ‘Upcoming Deliveries’.
Step 3 Once you have found the delivery you’d like to change, click the down arrow to see your order details.
Step 4 Click ‘Change’ next to the delivery address.
Step 5 Once you have selected the new address for your delivery, click ‘Set Address’.
On the App:
Step 1 Sign in to your account and tap ‘Home’.
Step 2 From here, tap the delivery you wish to make the change to.
Step 3 Scroll down the page and tap 'Change' next to the delivery address.
Step 4 You can now choose the new address from the drop down, or tap 'Add New Address'
Add a new default delivery address
On the Website:
Step 1 Sign into your account and click on ‘My Gousto’.
Step 2 From here, click ‘Account Details’.
Step 3 Then click ‘+ Add New Address’
Step 4 Here you will be able to add your new address and safe place.
Step 5 Once you have added your new address, press ‘Save’
On the App:
Step 1 Sign into your account and tap ‘Profile’.
Step 2 From here, tap ‘Account Details’.
Step 3 Scroll down and tap ‘Add new address’ in the ‘Delivery Address’ section.
Step 4 Search your postcode or manually type in your new address. Tap ‘save address’.
How to delete a delivery address
On the Website:
Step 1 Sign into your account and click on ‘My Gousto’.
Step 2 From here, click ‘Account Details’.
Step 3 Click ‘Delete’ against the address you’d like to remove.
On the App:
Step 1 Sign into your account and tap ‘Profile’.
Step 2 From here, tap ‘Account Details’.
Step 3 Scroll down and tap the arrow next to the address you wish to remove in the ‘Delivery Address’ section.
Step 4 Tap the address you wish to remove, and then tap 'delete'.
