To track your delivery, sign in to your Gousto account and go to My Gousto or the home screen to find your tracking link.
The day before your delivery, you'll receive an email with the link to track your box with the courier handling your delivery. The day of delivery you will receive an update from the courier confirming your order is out for delivery and the timeslot in which it will be delivered.
On the Website:
Log in to your account and click My Gousto on the day of delivery and click ‘Track My Box’. This will take you to live updates from the courier handling your box.
On the App:
On the day of your delivery, log into your app and tap ‘Home’. You should see a button that says ‘Track my order’ underneath your order. Tap this to see the latest information from the courier handling your box.
