We’re really sorry that your recipe card didn’t make it to you in one piece. But don’t worry - all our recipes are stored in the app or on our online cookbook, so you can access your recipes at any time. You can access the cookbook by following these steps:
On the Website:
Step 1: Log in and head to My Gousto
Step 2: Your recipes can be found under ‘Your recent recipes’
Step 3: Click the recipe you’d like to view instructions for and dinner time saved!
On the App:
Step 1: Open Gousto app and tap on ‘Cookbook’
Step 2: Here you can view your full recipe history. Tap on the recipe you’d like to view for step by step instructions.
To report an issue with your recipe card and request a replacement to be sent, follow the steps below.
On the App:
Step 1: Open your Gousto app, head to ‘Home’ and tap ‘Any Issues with this box’
Step 2: Tap ‘Recipe Cards’
Step 3: Here you can access the digital version of your recipes, but for requesting a replacement hard copy tap ‘Choose printed recipe cards’
Step 4: Select the recipes that were missing the recipe card, tap ‘Continue’ and you’re set! Please note that the replacement recipe cards will arrive separately from your Gousto box.
