We’ll always do everything we can to make sure you get a fully stocked box with the highest quality ingredients. Sometimes that means we have to substitute an ingredient for a suitable alternative. We’ll do this if something arrives at our factories damaged or if a supply issue has meant we don’t receive the ingredient at all.
If we do need to substitute an ingredient, we’ll work with our chefs and suppliers to send you an alternative that means dinner will still be delicious. You’ll get an email at least a day before your box arrives letting you know all the details including any potential changes to the recipe method
