If you have an active subscription, you’ll need to make sure you either choose your recipes or, skip the box or pause your subscription before our cut-off time, 12pm (noon) 3 days before your delivery day. If you don’t, our chefs will choose recipes for you based on your subscription settings as well as your previous recipe selections. Once the box has been committed we can no longer change the recipes or cancel the order.
We’ll always do our best to explain the status of your account clearly. It’s why we send a welcome email after sign-up to explain how it works and to confirm that you've signed up for a recurring Gousto box. We’ll also send an email two days before the order is processed, reminding you to choose your recipes for your next box. You can also turn on notifications for the Gousto app to get reminders of your upcoming deliveries.
If no recipes are chosen, or you forget to skip the box the order will go ahead with the recipes chosen based on your preferences.
