If you have a negative balance on your Gousto account the easiest way to clear it is by logging into your Gousto account and updating your payment details - this will prompt the system to collect the outstanding balance straight away.
You can also make payment by bank transfer or cheque.
If you need to pay by either of these methods, please contact our customer care team so we can give you your unique reference number to make sure the payment is added to your account correctly.
It’s useful to know that paying via cheque or bank transfer is not immediate, which means your balance will stay negative until the payment has been manually processed by our team. You might still receive communications from us about the outstanding balance whilst we are processing your payment, but please ignore these if you have made your payment.
