Our delivery windows are between 8am-7pm and we expect all boxes to arrive within this time. If your box has still not been delivered after 7pm, please contact our customer care team so they can find out what’s happening with your box.
On delivery day, some couriers will provide a more specific ‘estimated delivery window’ when they send your tracking info to you. However, please be mindful that this is only an estimate and your box could be delivered outside of this time depending on the driver's route.
You can track your delivery through the tracking link sent to you on the day of delivery, or by clicking ‘track this box’ on the app or ‘track my box’ on the website.
If you’re not in, you can update your safe place using the tracking link provided by the courier so the driver can leave your box somewhere safe.
