We know it can be frustrating when there’s an issue with your ingredients. The quickest way to let us know and get this sorted is via the Help Centre by going to the 'I need help with my last order' section.
We try our best to avoid this, so thank you for being understanding when an accident does happen.
On the Website:
First, you'll need to log in to your account and click the 'Help' tab at the top right-hand side of your screen. Next, you'll see a section that says 'I need help with my last order' where you'll have the option below to click on 'Ingredients' where you'll need to follow the steps in our self-service tool.
On the App:
From the 'Profile' tab on the bottom of your app, tap the 'Help' button and under the 'I need help with my last order' section, you'll have the option below to click on 'Ingredients' where you'll need to follow the steps in our self-service tool.
