How do I cancel my account?
If you don’t want any more boxes, you don’t have to delete your account (plus you'll lose all your personal recommendations and cookbook).
Instead, you can pause your subscription and either restart it at a later date or remain paused. As long as you haven’t ordered any new boxes, we won’t deliver any, or charge you. Take a look at this article which explain the difference between skipping and pausing!
If you still want to cancel your account for good, you can do this on the website by following these steps:
Step 1 Log into your Gousto account and head to ‘My Gousto’.
Step 2 Click ‘Account Details’.
Step 3 Click ‘Disable your account’ on the left hand side.
