As a food company, we work very hard to make sure that the chances of cross-contamination onsite are minimised. To aid this, we consciously limit the "open" allergens we handle on our sites, and work closely with our suppliers to ensure that cross-contamination risks higher in the supply chain are kept to an absolute minimum.
We have our own dedicated allergen handling (and spillage!) procedures, to ensure that in the event of an accident, the situation is dealt with promptly to remove any affected products prior to them being packed into our boxes. Our staff all undergo allergen training to make sure the importance of allergen handling is followed.
Any products which contain an allergen will have that allergen clearly displayed on the product itself.
We also make sure to display any potential allergen risks on our app, website and our recipe cards (see more info below).
