You can change your delivery date at any point up until 12pm noon, 3 days before delivery as long as you are changing the date to another day in the same recipe week (Saturday-Friday).
If you want to change your delivery date to another recipe week you’ll need to cancel the current delivery and follow the steps for ordering a one-off box.
To change your delivery day just follow these simple steps:
On the Website:
Step 1 Sign into your account and click on ‘My Gousto’.
Step 2 Click ‘Upcoming Deliveries’.
Step 3 Once you have found the delivery you’d like to change, click the down arrow to see the order details.
Step 4 Click ‘Change’ next to the delivery date and time.
On the App:
Step 1 Sign into your account and tap ‘home’.
Step 2 Select the delivery you’d like to change, scroll down and tap ‘change’ next to the delivery date and time.
Step 3 Once you have selected the new date for your delivery, tap ‘set delivery slot’ and you’re done.
