You can change your delivery date at any point up until 12 noon, 3 days before delivery just follow these simple steps:
On the Website:
Step 1 Sign into your account and click on ‘My Gousto’.
Step 2 Click ‘Upcoming Deliveries’.
Step 3 Once you have found the delivery you’d like to change, click the down arrow to see the order details.
Step 4 Click ‘Change’ next to the delivery date and time.
On the App:
Step 1 Sign into your account and tap ‘home’.
Step 2 Select the delivery you’d like to change, scroll down and tap ‘change’ next to the delivery date and time.
Step 3 Once you have selected the new date for your delivery, tap ‘set delivery slot’ and you’re done.
Just so you know, the above steps will only work if you want to change your delivery to another day in the same recipe week (Saturday-Friday).
If you need to change your delivery outside of this schedule (for example, Friday > Saturday) you’ll need to cancel the current delivery and follow the steps for ordering a one-off box.
