You can order a single box without having an active subscription.
On the website:
Step 1 Head to My Gousto and click on ‘Upcoming deliveries’ tab
Step 2 Click on ‘Order another box’ and you’re set!
On the App:
Step 1 Go to ‘Home’ section 
Step 2 Scroll down to ‘Order a Single box’. You can now tap on ‘order a box’ to select your next delivery!
