You can check your order status in the ‘Upcoming deliveries’ tab. Please note you can only amend your order before the cut-off, 12pm (noon), 3 days before your delivery day.

After the cut-off has passed, the box order has been placed with our suppliers and is being packed and prepped to get to your table on time. After the cut-off, you can no longer change or cancel this order, but you can view the tracking information on the day of the delivery from the ‘Upcoming Deliveries’ tab.
