Funds for your order will be reserved in your bank account 24 hours before the payment is taken. This makes sure the money is available so you don’t miss your Gousto box. Don’t worry, you can still cancel, skip or amend your order, as long as it’s before your cut-off time (midday, three days before your box is delivered). If you cancel your order before the cut-off, the reserved funds will be released automatically.
If you’ve seen an unexpected charge from us you may want to double-check if you’ve ordered multiple boxes. You can do this by checking your order history on the Gousto app or website, by heading to 'Upcoming Deliveries'
