You can view your available credit balance on the app or website by following these steps.
If you have credit on your account this will automatically be applied to your next order.
Though your credit won’t show at checkout, it will automatically be deducted from your next order when we process your payment at 12pm, 3 days before your delivery day.
On the Website:
Step 1 Click ‘Account Details’.
Step 2 Click ‘My Payment Info’ under ‘Account balance’ to view your balance.
On the App:
Step 1 Tap ‘Profile’.
Step 2 Tap ‘Account Details’
Step 3 Scroll down to ‘Account Balance’ to see the available balance on your account.
